As a seasoned real estate professional with extensive quantitative and analytical skills in all aspects of real estate investment and development representing over three decades of experience, Jim offers a variety of consulting services including tenant representation, site selection, and real estate investment consulting. Every assignment with the objectivity, conservatism, and thoroughness of an owner – and bringing an owner’s perspective and involvement to every project and is capable of analyzing all property types including, multi-family, single family, office, retail, raw land and industrial.

Providing clients, who include owners, operators, developers, banks and investors, with market and regulatory intelligence that defines current and future opportunities and associated risks within markets. This data, when utilized, provides a recommended plan of action with specific suggestions designed to maximize project viability and success. Using a multi-tiered model of understanding, sites are evaluated from ground up, analyzing the market demographics, regulatory conditions, and economic conditions, as well as site specifics such as zoning, development planning and competition within the trade area. Jim’s expertise includes vertical and horizontal development, rezoning, and permitting and entitlement process.

Jim holds a Minnesota and Florida Real Estate Broker’s License and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
